This is a 2.5hr service that includes a visit to your home one week after a vaginal birth, or four to six weeks after a cesarean birth.

A floral herbal sitz bath will be drawn for you to soak and enjoy some alone time while I take care of your baby if no one else is home, or baby can join you! This is then followed by a 30 minute perineum steam session with herbs specific to healing the postpartum womb and body. A Thai compress massage is done on your abdomen before a half body massage with heating oil, specifically made for the postpartum body from Malaysia, that focuses on the abdomen (womb massage), arms, hands, neck and lower half of your legs. An application of Belly Firming Butter with either a traditional or modern bengkung bind of your choosing, is then applied and wrapped.
