This is for the mom who is looking for that extra spa and wellness care for herself; body, mind, and soul. This service follows the Malay tradition of coming to care for the mom in her own home, multiple times. Each week I will come over for a 2.5hour service for four weeks. Materials included in this package that the client gets to keep are: Bengkung Belly Bind, Belly Firming Butter, Thai Compress, Postpartum Warming Tea, Lulur Body Scrub, and Herbal Sitz Bath (3 pouches), and our ebook on how to make the most out of your postpartum healing journey. A 45 minute zoom consultation with Ibu Adilah is also included to discuss tips on postpartum healing and how to prepare. This is usually done in the 37th week gestation.

Price reflected is a deposit. Total is $1900. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is paid when purchasing this service.

Postpartum Wellness Spa Service

$425.00

This is a 2.5hr service that includes a visit to your home one week after a vaginal birth, or four to six weeks after a cesarean birth.

A floral herbal sitz bath will be drawn for you to soak and enjoy some alone time while I take care of your baby if no one else is home, or baby can join you! This is then followed by a 30 minute perineum steam session with herbs specific to healing the postpartum womb and body. A warm Thai compress massage is done on your abdomen before a abdominal herbal mask is applied. Then a half body massage with oil, that focuses on the abdomen (womb massage), arms, hands, neck and lower half of your legs. An application of Belly Firming Butter with the Modern Bengkung Bind is done at the end.

Bengkung Belling Binding Service

$220.00

This service is done 24 hours to four days after birth, or four to seven days after a c-section. You will receive your own bengkung bind, either the traditional or modern one, and Belly Firming Butter. We will come over and explain how to use these products, let you practice it and also like to include your partner so they too can learn how this is done. If a virtual session is preferred, please let me know.

The abdominal belly butter you will receive helps with blood circulation, release in water retention and trapped air as well as bringing warmth back to the womb and aid in shrinking the uterus and stretched out skin. The bind is kept on for 10 to 12 hours in the day, normally from the moment you wake up to before you go to bed. This is done for the traditional 6 weeks for best results.

This session is usually 30 to 40 minutes.
