This is a virtual bengkung binding certification class for anyone who wants to understand the why and how behind this beautiful postpartum practice, whether you’re a birth professional looking to better support your clients or someone eager to reconnect with gentle, traditional care.

Class will be held 9 April 2026 from 10am-1230pm on Zoom. Link will be emailed to those attending. The class is $190 

You will learn the history, benefits, and safety of this practice and be taught both the traditional and modern way of bengkung binding including:

• When to wear it and when not to

• Cesarean vs vaginal birth 

• How to make belly paste and benefits 

• Creating a new service in your business and how to present to clients

• Different ways of binding 

You will need to purchase your own bengkung bind either from Etsy or purchase muslin cotton material cut to 16 yards in length and 10 inches wide.
